1^st DAY: WELCOME TO COSTA RICA
Reception at Juan Santamaría International Airport. Transfer to selected hotel in San José and lodging.

2^st DAY: FREE DAY IN SAN JOSÉ
Lodging at selected hotel in San José.
Optional:   Guided tour to Poás Volcano or white water rafting.           
Each tour includes transfers and lunch.
Active volcano of the Central Cordilera of the country, one of the biggest craters in the world. Visit to Sarchí, national handicraft capital.
An incredible adventure in the white water rafting at Reventazón River.

3^rd DAY: SAN JOSÉ - ARENAL
Transfer in the morning to the Arenal volcanic area.  Lodging at selected hotel
Optional: visit to Tabacón Thermal Complex. (Includes admission and dinner).

4^th DAY: A DAY IN ARENAL
Lodging at selected hotel.
"Other activities"

• Horseback riding half-day tour to the waterfalls (Reservations at the hotel)
• Half-day tour to Río Celeste: includes horseback riding, hot springs and lunch (Reservations 3 days before).
• Half-day tour to the volcano and lake.

5^th  & 6^th DAY: ARENAL – SARAPIQUÍ - TORTUGUERO
Transfer to Sarapiqui to take a boat to Tortuguero vía  San Juan River, Nicaragua border.  You need: Updated passport and payment of $ 6.- for migratory fee.
TORTUGUERO: Complete program of activities: walking, trips through the canals, visit to the town, conferences and much more... all this in a beautiful scenery of the tropical jungle. Lodging at Hotel Ilán-Ilán. Includes: lodging, 7 meals, guide, transfer and several activities in the zone.

7^th DAY: TORTUGUERO- SOUTH CARIBBEAN
After lunch departure to port, we cross the Tortuguero National Park completely from North to South by boat. Visit to a banana plantation to observe the whole process. Lunch en route and continuing to the South Caribbean. Lodging at selected hotel in Punta Uva.

8^th DAY: SOUTH CARIBBEAN (PUNTA UVA)A
A day to enjoy the golden beaches of Punta Uva or the swimming pool of the hotel. Lodging at selected hotel in Punta Uva.
Optional: Tour of the coral reef of Cahuita.

9^th DAY: SOUTH CARIBBEAN – SAN JOSÉ
A morning to enjoy the golden beach or the swimming pool. Transfer in the afternoon to San José. Lodging at selected hotel in San José.

10^th DAY: SAN JOSÉ - AIRPORT
A morning for shopping. Transfer to the airport 3 hours before flight time. Passengers will be informed about the schedule.

NOTE: The program includes all the transfers from hotel to hotel, full meals program at Ilán-Ilán Hotel (7 meals).
"Other activities" are not included in the package rate.
Migratory fee to Nicaragua is not included.
